These past few weeks has been quite difficult in terms of finding a routine for myself. I am a creature of habit so not having a routine for a while really sucked for me. It was so bad that sometimes I felt very anxious and stressed.
However, we’re are now on the month of February and I am happy to say that I have finally found my groove. I started a new job today as a customer care specialist for a young company and although I haven’t done much on my first day, I can already tell that this is going to be a very challenging but rewarding job. Needless to say, I’m excited for what is to come.
With a new found job, comes a new schedule. The difference now is that I have a set work schedule; the good old 9 to 5 which makes me feel like I’ve officially stepped into adulthood. Having a set schedule makes it easier for me to book my yoga and fitness classes, something that has been since the beginning of this year. I feel that having at least an hour to focus on yourself and your breathing is essential to having a healthier and happier life.
The studio that I go to has this little mantra “I love my life” and with each class that I attend, I’ve start to love my life more and more.
